Bhakti yoga immersions are a blissful opportunity to gather, connect and grow. Bhakti SF volunteers invite you for a rejuvenating afternoon of yoga, sound healing, satsang and a vegan/vegetarian feast.

This time we have invited special guest speaker Kula Pradipa to shed light on the practices of Bhakti yoga and his story. Time to reflect and elevate in good company at Bhakti SF.

What to expect:

45 mins yoga class and sound bath led by Chris Hill
45 mins satsang with Kula Pradipa
30 mins kirtan and group circle
Gourmet Karma-free meal

Special Guests:

• Kula Pradipa Das is a long standing practioner of bhakti yoga and recently moved to the Bay Area to work as a Universal Enlightenment and Flourishing Chaplain Associate at Stanford university. He was introduced to Eastern wisdom texts at a young age, leading to a period of monastic training and later studies in psychology and religion from Rutgers University, he studied at St. Stephens College, New Delhi for a year, before graduating from Rutgers in 2004. Until his move to Stanford, he had played a very active role as a chaplain, purohit and pujari at the Bhakti Center NYC, a spiritual and cultural center in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. With a background in Hindu ritual and temple worship (pāñcharātra), he regularly performs traditional ceremonies (samskara) marking the junctures of life for his religious community.

Cost: $35 registration, includes yoga class, workshop and delicious meal ($25 early registration)
