A slow and progressive sequence of Asanas (postures), supplemented with Pranayam (breath technique), rest and Meditation. We start by grounding the body with a warm-up and sun-salutation. Followed by standing poses, gentle twists, light inversions, gradual back-bends & forward bends. Variations are offered and encouraged. We conclude the class in Savasana and a seated Meditation. Jo welcomes All people regardless of faith, gender, race, body type and ability. Please note: no accessible elevator or ADA ramp available at this time.
