Sound Bath & Dinner
This 90-minute Yin Yoga + Sound Bath class is designed by Monika to gently prepare the body and mind for deep rest and restoration. After class, please join us in community for an included vegan dinner.
We begin with slow, gentle Yin yoga and guided meditation to release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and create openness within the body. Movement is mindful and accessible, helping you arrive fully in the present moment.
The second half of the class transitions into an extended restorative sound bath. You’ll rest comfortably as you’re immersed in healing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other subtle sound instruments, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle into stillness.
This class is perfect for anyone seeking deep relaxation, stress relief, and energetic reset. No yoga or sound experience is required—simply come as you are and receive.
Date: Friday, January 30, 2026
Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Cost: $25 per person or $15 early sign up (until spaces remain)
Location: Bhakti SF, 3250 17th Street, San Francisco

Yoga & Dinner (6:30 pm - 7:45 pm)
Nada Yoga is the yoga of sound and vibration. Rooted in ancient yogic philosophy, this practice guides us from ahata nada (outer, audible sound) toward anahata nada (inner, subtle sound), gently drawing awareness inward to connect with our true nature. This 75-minute experience is grounding, meditative, and deeply nourishing for the nervous system. We begin by settling into the body through somatic techniques and gentle, mindful asana, allowing tension to unwind and awareness to deepen. Breathwork and pranayama help regulate the nervous system and open subtle channels, followed by chanting or vocal toning to awaken inner resonance. From here, you’ll be guided into meditation and a receptive sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, tuning forks, and spacious moments of silence—inviting rest, integration, and inner listening.
No prior experience is necessary. This class is open to all bodies and all levels, offering a space to slow down, tune in, and remember the wisdom within.
Each class will include a vegan dinner to be shared with friends and community after class.
January Special: only $15 for all yoga classes all month (regular drop-in price is $20)
