The classes will vary from Jivamukti, Vinyasa and Yin styles of yoga depending on the yoga instructor, but generally expect a guided yoga class that includes a well rounded flowing practice that weaves dynamic movement, yogic philosophy, Sanskrit chanting, meditation and (consent-based) skillful hands-on assists with a wide range of eclectic music. Each class is designed to help you reflect, heal and feel better, as well as empower fearless curiosity, increase self-acceptance, reconnect with your humanity and inspire spiritual activation.
Each class will include a free vegan dinner to be shared with friends and community after class.

The classes will vary from Vinyasa, Hatha or Iyengar style yoga depending on the yoga instructor, but for each class you will be guided through 90 minutes of yoga designed to heal and reduce stress and anxiety. Classes may include a short kirtan (mantra chanting) before or after yoga.

The classes will vary from Hatha, Vinyasa or Iyengar style yoga depending on the yoga instructor. Most Wednesdays, you can expect a 90 minute well-rounded Hatha yoga class, which will typically involve a set of physical yoga poses (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama). The yoga poses are typically practiced more slowly and with more static holds than a Vinyasa flow. Classes may include a short kirtan (mantra chanting) before or after yoga..
